Method
- Wash and cut the potatoes into halves or quarters, depending on size.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil (or butter), Lipton Onion Soup Mix, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the seasoned potatoes into the slow cooker, spreading them out evenly.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until potatoes are tender and golden around the edges.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, transfer the cooked potatoes to a baking sheet and broil for 3–5 minutes before serving. Try adding a handful of shredded cheddar cheese during the last 15 minutes of cooking for a cheesy twist.
