Ingredients
  

Beef Brisket
  • 3 lb beef brisket trimmed
Sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Season the brisket with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Place the sliced onions and garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Lay the brisket on top of the onions.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, BBQ sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the brisket.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or until the brisket is tender.
  6. Remove brisket and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with sauce from the slow cooker.

Notes

For extra flavor, sear the brisket in a hot pan before placing it in the slow cooker.
