Method
- Season the brisket with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Place the sliced onions and garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Lay the brisket on top of the onions.
- In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, BBQ sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the brisket.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or until the brisket is tender.
- Remove brisket and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with sauce from the slow cooker.
Notes
For extra flavor, sear the brisket in a hot pan before placing it in the slow cooker.
