- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef ribs on all sides for 2–3 minutes until browned.
- Transfer ribs to the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together Coca-Cola, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours until ribs are tender and nearly falling off the bone.
- Optional: For a caramelized finish, remove ribs, brush with extra barbecue sauce, and broil for 3–4 minutes.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or grilled vegetables.
Notes
For even richer flavor, reduce some of the slow cooker liquid on the stovetop and drizzle over ribs before serving.
