Snickerdoodle Fudge

This creamy Snickerdoodle Fudge combines white chocolate, cinnamon, and brown sugar for a rich, festive treat that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon for topping

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving extra hanging over the sides.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Stir continuously until melted and smooth, being careful not to overheat.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, cinnamon, cream of tartar, salt, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  5. Mix until silky and evenly combined, then pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon mixed with a pinch of sugar over the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
