Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Chipotle Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo finely minced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
Wrap Assembly
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato diced

Method
 

  1. Mix the chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Toss with shrimp.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook shrimp for 3–4 minutes until pink.
  3. Stir together yogurt, chipotle pepper, and lime juice to make the sauce.
  4. Layer lettuce, tomato, shrimp, and chipotle sauce onto each tortilla.
  5. Roll tightly into wraps and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra heat, add an additional minced chipotle pepper or a dash of hot sauce.
