Method
- Mix the chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Toss with shrimp.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook shrimp for 3–4 minutes until pink.
- Stir together yogurt, chipotle pepper, and lime juice to make the sauce.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, shrimp, and chipotle sauce onto each tortilla.
- Roll tightly into wraps and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra heat, add an additional minced chipotle pepper or a dash of hot sauce.
