Ingredients

Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream cold
Strawberry Crunch Coating
  • 20 Golden Oreos crushed
  • 1 box strawberry gelatin mix 3 oz
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Hand Mixer
  • Baking Dish

Method

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly into a parchment-lined baking dish. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm enough to cut.
  4. Prepare the strawberry crunch by mixing the crushed Golden Oreos, strawberry gelatin powder, and melted butter until combined and crumbly.
  5. Remove the cheesecake from the freezer, cut into chunks, and roll each piece in the strawberry crunch mixture to coat.
  6. Return coated cheesecake chunks to the freezer for 30 more minutes before serving. Enjoy cold!

Notes

You can switch the strawberry gelatin mix with another flavor (like raspberry or cherry) for a fun twist on the classic strawberry crunch!
