- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter on medium speed for 2–3 minutes until light and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed at first, then increasing to medium until smooth.
- Add the marshmallow fluff and beat for 1–2 minutes until airy and fluffy.
- Mix in the ground freeze-dried strawberries and strawberry puree until evenly combined.
- Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, then beat again to balance the sweetness.
- Slowly add milk or cream, one tablespoon at a time, until the frosting reaches a spreadable consistency.
- Beat on high speed for 30–45 seconds until extra light and fluffy. Use immediately or chill briefly before piping.
