Ingredients
  

Base
  • 2 cups cooked ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 24 wonton wrappers for muffin cups
Optional Garnishes
  • sour cream for topping
  • chopped green onions for garnish
  • salsa for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, folding edges to fit.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix cooked ground beef, ranch dressing mix, and cheddar cheese until combined.
  4. Spoon beef mixture evenly into wonton cups.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until wontons are golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Top with sour cream, green onions, or salsa if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

These bites can be made ahead and reheated. Try swapping beef for ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
