- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
- Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, folding edges to fit.
- In a medium bowl, mix cooked ground beef, ranch dressing mix, and cheddar cheese until combined.
- Spoon beef mixture evenly into wonton cups.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until wontons are golden and cheese is melted.
- Top with sour cream, green onions, or salsa if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
These bites can be made ahead and reheated. Try swapping beef for ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
