- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning, salsa, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a simmer, then add cooked spaghetti. Toss until the pasta is well coated and heated through.
- Stir in shredded cheese and sour cream until melted and creamy.
- Serve immediately, topped with cilantro, jalapeƱos, or avocado if desired.
Notes
For extra heat, add a pinch of chili powder or use spicy taco seasoning. Leftovers make a great next-day lunch!
