Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds optional

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Wash and prepare the strawberries and blueberries, slicing the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In serving glasses or bowls, add a layer of sweetened Greek yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of granola evenly over the yogurt.
  5. Add a layer of strawberries and blueberries.
  6. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, finishing with fruit and a light sprinkle of granola.
  7. Garnish with sliced almonds if desired and serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

Notes

For extra sweetness, drizzle a little more honey on top just before serving.
