- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Wash and prepare the strawberries and blueberries, slicing the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
- In serving glasses or bowls, add a layer of sweetened Greek yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola evenly over the yogurt.
- Add a layer of strawberries and blueberries.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, finishing with fruit and a light sprinkle of granola.
- Garnish with sliced almonds if desired and serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
Notes
For extra sweetness, drizzle a little more honey on top just before serving.
