- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Cut a deep pocket into the side of each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, turkey bacon, garlic, and parsley until well combined.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese and bacon mixture. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil on all sides.
- Mix paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and onion powder, then season the chicken evenly.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked and golden on top.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can swap mozzarella with cheddar or add spinach to the filling for extra flavor.
