Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices turkey bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut a deep pocket into the side of each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, turkey bacon, garlic, and parsley until well combined.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese and bacon mixture. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil on all sides.
  6. Mix paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and onion powder, then season the chicken evenly.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked and golden on top.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can swap mozzarella with cheddar or add spinach to the filling for extra flavor.
