Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1 Banana ripe, peeled
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach packed
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt full-fat or low-fat
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Water or Coconut Water or more, for desired consistency
  • Coconut Flakes toasted, for garnish (optional)

Equipment

  • High-speed Blender
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons

Method

  1. Add the frozen mango chunks, peeled banana, packed fresh spinach, unsweetened pineapple juice, plain Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and water (or coconut water) into a high-speed blender.
  2. Secure the lid and blend on high speed until all ingredients are completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water or pineapple juice, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency. Be sure to scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula if needed to ensure everything is incorporated.
  3. Pour the Tropical Green Power Breakfast Smoothie into two glasses. If desired, garnish with a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes before serving immediately. Enjoy your refreshing and energizing breakfast!

Notes

For an extra boost of protein, add a scoop of your favorite vanilla or unflavored protein powder. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes before blending. This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
