- Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a very large bowl, combine cereals, pretzels, and peanuts and toss gently.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, brown sugar, and honey, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture and gently stir to coat evenly.
- Spread evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the warm mix and gently stir.
- Once completely cool, fold in candy-coated chocolates, break apart clusters, and serve.
