  • 6 oz prosciutto

  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 apple sliced
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup olives
Crackers & Spreads
  • 1 box crackers variety
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup jam such as fig or berry

Method
 

  1. Place cheeses on the board first, spacing them evenly apart.
  2. Add meats next, folding or rolling them for texture and visual appeal.
  3. Arrange fruits, nuts, and olives around the cheeses and meats to fill gaps.
  4. Add crackers just before serving to keep them crisp.
  5. Place honey and jam in small bowls with spoons, then serve and enjoy.
